Music has been a pretty big part of my life for the past couple of years. Whether it be listening to, playing, writing and talking about, or experiencing it, it's pretty much become the focal point of my life.
But goddamn, can it be hard to put out.
Whether digitally on streaming services, or physically on cds, tapes, or vinyl, putting out a record can be hard to navigate, and a decent amount of stress at that. This was something I learned pretty quickly over the course of this past year as I tried to put out my own band’s music.
And that’s why I started this. Lonely Bird is a record label that is dedicated to reaching out to, working with, and partnering with smaller artists to help them distribute their music both digitally and physically. I want any and every artist to have the opportunity to be able to hold their own music in their hands, and say with pride that they. made. this.
